All Creatures Great and Small

The TV series All Creatures Great and Small, which first aired on the BBC in 1990, is enjoying another outing on the Drama Channel. The first episode of the original series was broadcast again on 2 January, with subsequent episodes due to air on weekdays at 10am and repeat and repeated at 5pm. The programme was based on the books by Alf Wight, otherwise known as James Herriot, which told of his adventures as a vet in the 1930s.
