SINGLE pet owners are invited to attend a dog walk on valentines day.
The Mewes Veterinary Clinic in Haywards Heath trialled the idea last year and it proved to be such a success it is repeating it this year.
Single dog owners are invited to meet at The Wheatsheaf Pub in Cuckfield for a 10am start on February 14th.
Practice principle Julia Mewes said “We know this is a great way for singles who own dogs to meet each other. It can be difficult to find the right partner, so we thought a valentine’s walk would give people with similar interests a chance to meet each other and even find romance”.
There will be walks of varying lengths and difficulty, so owners can pick the route that best suits them and their dog. All participants are also invited to enjoy complimentary coffee and cake at The Wheatsheaf afterwards.
