BEVA has announced details of the dentistry day it is holding at its congress this year.
Taking place on 16 September at the Arena and Convention Centre in Liverpool, the day will see experts discuss a range of subjects, such as:
- Travis Henry on “Dental anatomy made simple”
- Jessica Hughes on “What should be in your dental bucket” and “how vets and equine dental technicians can work together”
- BEVA president Vicki Nicholls on “dental legislation: Where we are”
- Neil Townsend in “how to perform a detailed oral examination”
Further talks will discuss dental prophylaxis, how to remove wolf teeth, incisor and canine disorders, and making the most of dental radiographs.
The day costs £236 for members of the British Association of Equine Dental Technicians and £325 for non-members. For delegates attending congress, the cost is covered.
