Feel The Weight Of What Hill’s Has To Offer At BSAVA Congress

Hill’s Pet Nutrition has lots going on at the 2013 BSAVA congress (4th-7th April) with the launch of a brand new, totally unique and innovative weight management product taking centre stage. With generous hospitality and fantastic competitions, make sure you visit all three Hill’s stations and join the team in making this year’s congress one to remember.

Waterfront Lounge, National Indoor Arena

Are you ready for something different?  Join Hill’s for two lectures entitled ‘Solving The Obesity Epidemic; A Real World Approach’ on Saturday between 10.50am and 12.50pm as part of this year’s official BSAVA Exhibitor Lecture Stream. World class speakers will provide top quality CPD as they explain all the details about the brand new Hill’s weight management product and why it is different from any other approach, plus there will be ample opportunity for delegates to quiz the experts.

Dr Marge Chandler, specialist in small animal clinical nutrition and an American and European specialist in small animal internal medicine will be delivering a presentation on ‘the story so far’, reviewing traditional approaches to weight management and the extent of the obesity epidemic problem.

Dr Iveta Becvárová, Adjunct Assistant Professor of Veterinary Nutrition at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine as well as Director of Academic Affairs for Hill’s will follow with a full explanation about the new Hill’s product, including the amazing trial results and just exactly how this new approach to weight management works in the real world.

Hill’s stand (no. 520), National Indoor Arena

The Hill’s team look forward to welcoming delegates to the Hill’s stand to detail the brand new revolutionary product that delivers real-world results against the age old problem of failed weight programmes.  This is also the place to enter a fabulous competition to win one of four iPad minis.

Slug and Lettuce

Hill’s Pet Nutrition is also once again offering refreshments in a relaxed environment at the Slug and Lettuce, across the bridge from the ICC, any time between 10am and 6pm during congress. Arrive early for morning coffee and biscuits or come and enjoy a hot buffet lunch between 12 noon and 2pm. If those feet are aching after a hard day of ‘congressing’, why not join the team between 4 and 6pm for a relaxing glass of wine or a beer and an informal chat to find out what Hill’s has planned for 2013?

Congress also offers the opportunity to talk to the Hill’s team about Drive Nutrition – an innovative on-line community competition for veterinary nurses. Following on from the success of last year, the competition promises to be even bigger in 2013. There are weekly win prizes, including iPods and Kindles. By taking part in photo competitions, completing trivia questions, sharing tips or signing up a client, nurses can collect points to be in with a greater chance of winning the top prize – a brand new smart car!
