New Pet Food Manager for Virbac

Virbac has appointed Mrs Josephine (Jo) Woodbridge MRCVS as Manager for its Vet Complex range of pet foods.  In this role, she will focus on building awareness and sales of the premium Vet Complex range, which is sold exclusively through veterinary practices across the UK.

Jo graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2008 and worked in small animal practice for several years before moving into industry.  She joined Virbac in 2013 as Territory Manager for Pet Food in the South of the UK and, after a successful two years in that position, she has been promoted to the role of Pet Food Manager.

Vet Complex is a premium dry pet food range, developed and manufactured by Virbac.  It offers a compact range of highly palatable life stage and clinical diets for dogs and cats.

Commenting on her appointment, she said:  “Nutrition is a key aspect of animal health and the recommendation of quality preventive and clinical diets is an important part of veterinary practice.  The Vet Complex range is already one of the leading nutrition brands in France and is proving popular with practices in the UK. Taking the brand forward and expanding our pet food business is an exciting opportunity.  Virbac has a broad and fast-growing product portfolio and I’m looking forward to shaping the future of our pet food sector.”
