The Veterinary Marketing Association (VMA) has announced Paralympic icon and world record holder Danny Crates will host its flagship annual awards event at the Lancaster London hotel on 17 March.
VMA Chairman Claire Edmunds said: “Danny is widely considered one of the greatest British disability athletes of all-time. In a glittering career, he won every major title, including the Paralympic World Cup. Since retiring from international athletics, Danny has built a reputation as a leading motivational/inspirational speaker – delivering keynote presentations around the world.
“With around 350 veterinary and animal health marketing professionals attending this prestigious event, we’re delighted he will be hosting our guests this year.”
The VMA has also announced all entries and table reservations can now be made electronically via www.vma.org.uk
The final date for entry submissions is 10 February and 31 January for the young marketer award.
She added: “We have 16 awards spanning all aspects of veterinary marketing and the event is open to everyone to enter and attend, including members and non-members of the VMA. So whether you work in practice or industry, this is an event not to be missed.”
