Two CPD courses will be held in March to support veterinary professionals across the UK. ROYAL CANIN® has continued its support of the regional CPD programme organised by VPMA and SPVS, in partnership with Bayer and will be kick-starting spring with Front of House and Being a Fair Boss.
On 15 March in Newbury, ROYAL CANIN’s Clare Hemmings and Emma Mapletoft from Bayer will deliver a practical and interactive course on ‘First and last impressions’. Clare and Emma will guide those responsible for front of house and retailing through marketing messaging, making the most of retail space and leaving a lasting impression with clients. March will be rounded off with a day in Harrogate on 29 March on ‘How to be a fair, reasonable and legal boss’. For any owner or manager wishing to create elite teams within their practice, this course will explore how to recruit effectively, employment contracts and dealing with problem staff fairly and legally.
To enter in for a chance to receive one of three free places on any of these courses, send an email with the name of the course in the subject, followed by your details and why you would like to attend to firstname.lastname@example.org. Entries will close ten working days before the event.
