The Livestock Event reverts back to its roots

The Livestock Event is reverting to its roots in 2017. The Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers’ event will return to it’s traditional time slot next year, with the event scheduled for 6 September at the NEC in Birmingham.

It will also have a new name – The National Dairy Event. The event was rescheduled from September to July in 2013 and renamed The Livestock Event to widen its remit to cover other livestock enterprises. However, research indicated, while the changes gained some support over time, a specialist event in September was the preferred option
