Vets4Pets and Companion Care have launched their Vet Report 2015 for pet owners. The report has been produced as a print run for events, as waiting room copies and also in digital format.
It deals with seven topics: why visit the Vet?; territorial aggression (in dogs); lungworm; feeding rabbits and getting it right; pet diabetes; microchipping update, and Alabama rot update.
The first Vet Report was launched a year ago as a channel for the veterinary profession to communicate with pet owners and the public about issues and current affairs.
The project is led by Huw Stacey, Vets4Pets director of clinical services. He Said: “We were blown away by the response to our 2014 report. Our intention was to identify topics from the veterinary world that would be of interest and relevance to pet owners, and then to work with the experts in each field to take the most up to date research and thinking, but to present it in a way that was accessible and engaging for pet owners.”
