Handyscan.
A hand held scanning
device, which allows product barcodes to
be scanned
to construct your order which can then be uploaded
into your Vetcom® Windows package for transmission to NVS.
Ascot.
Portable hand held
stock control system, contains user defined product stock locations
with pre-set
minimum stock levels, gives your practice more control over product
replenishment
and management.

Training.
Nationwide coverage
available from one of four experienced Vetcom® trainers.
Vetcom® Windows
users get 3 free of charge training sessions as part of their induction
program, tailored
specifically to the individual needs of the practice.

Telephone helpdesk
support available on 01782 771122 from 8am to 7pm Monday to
Friday.
Next working day
hardware replacement service, or if required an experienced engineer
available on site, usually within 24 hours to either repair the fault
or replace the
equipment,
minimising any inconvenience to the operation of the practice.
