Blue Square Available as software only package, giving practices with their own computer equipment the opportunity to take advantage of NVS electronic ordering.

Blue Square vPOD will help make your practice more productive by ensuring fast and easy ordering as well as helping to reduce stock levels.

 

Handyscan.
A hand held scanning device, which allows product barcodes to be scanned to construct your order which can then be uploaded into your Vetcom® Windows package for transmission to NVS.

Training.
Nationwide coverage available from one of our experienced Vetcom® trainers.
Vetcom® Windows users get 3 free of charge training sessions as part of their induction program, tailored specifically to the individual needs of the practice.

Support.
Telephone helpdesk support available on 01782 771122 from 8am to 5pm Monday to
Friday.
Next working day hardware replacement service, or if required an experienced engineer available on site, usually within 24 hours to either repair the fault or replace the
equipment, minimising any inconvenience to the operation of the practice.
